Our goal at Main Line Center for Dental Excellence is to make your experience with us as easy and seamless as possible. Utilizing technologies such as e-mail appointment verification, text messaging and automated reminders as well as by phone, we schedule and confirm your appointment.
We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Thursday: 7:45 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
(one Saturday a month from Sept. to May)
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We do not book multiple patients at the same time and patients should expect minimal to no wait in the reception area. To further accomadate our clientele, we provide extended office hours on selected evenings and weekends. To confirm appointments our office sends out reminder postcards 3 weeks prior to your appointment and automated phone calls 48 hours prior to your appointment. We do appreciate 48 hours and require 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events do occur and will use our judgement in assessing a $75 cancelation/broken appointment fee.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. As a courtesy, we will be more than happy to submit your insurance claims, but being a non-participating provider, you are responsible for services rendered per appointment. We feel that our patients needs should drive treatment, not insurance coverage.
