Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. We accept Visa and MasterCard payments as well as personal checks.

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. As a courtesy, we will be more than happy to submit your insurance claims, but being a non-participating provider, you are responsible for services rendered per appointment. We feel that our patient's needs should drive treatment, not insurance coverage.
